The SmartVersion SDK pre-release is a Win32 DLL, with headers for the C.

Smartversion SVF file, or read and write patch stream of file..
It contain a C source sample of command line application, equivalent of smv.exe. Understanding the zLib API and Minizip API will help to understand SmartVersion SDK.
